The half acre of grounds are full enclosed with a large concrete block wall that includes two automatic iron gates for entry/exit for additional security.

Perched on a gently sloping hillside the villa sits on a half acre lot with a spectacular three hundred and sixty degree (360º) view that extends from the mountains to the Caribbean sea. the hillside location ensures that there is always a cool sea breeze, providing a comfortable climate all year round.

The villa is enclosed by a large concrete block security wall with two automatic iron gates for easy entry and exit, privacy and security you, your family and pets. The villa is a part of private community that is patrolled twenty-four hours (24) a day by armed security guards.

The Caribbean villa is a sprawling two level luxury villa with three bedrooms and two baths. One of the downstairs bedrooms comes with a queen-sized bed and the other bedroom comes with two full-sized beds. The bedroom with the queen bed has a sliding door for easy access to the pool area (great for a late night swim). Additional beds can be added upon request. The two smaller downstairs bedrooms are equipped with dressers and full closets for storage.

Each bedroom comes equipped with ceiling fans and an air conditioning unit. There is a full bathroom, with walk-in shower, located in the hallway between the two downstairs bedrooms.

The master bedroom is located on the second floor and is 100% private. The master bedroom has seven (7) windows and three full sized patio doors leading to a private balcony with a full view of the Caribbean Sea the surrounding community. In the master bedroom fits in a large king sized bed with dressers. The master bedroom has a full walk-in closet, for storage, and a full bathroom with washbasin and walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan and air conditioning unit, but you will find that the ocean breeze that constantly blows in is sufficient to keep you relaxed and comfortable.

The kitchen comes with a large refrigerator/freezer and stove with oven. There is plenty of cabinet space for groceries and has pots and pans, dishes and a microwave for your cooking pleasure. There is also laundry facilities on the property.

The living and dining area of the villa is huge. It has a very large dining table that seats six (6) people comfortably.



The Caribbean villa comes unfurnished.

Its can be easily conneted with high speed internet service. Choose between a wired connection in the living room/dining area or connect wirelessly throughout the property. This is great for the modern day professional that needs to stay connected even while on vacation.

The grounds include a large driveway that extends from the front gate to the back gate. There is a large manicured lawn with enough area for a large gathering, such as a wedding or large party. You can even setup a volleyball or badmitten net and play comfortably and still have room for other actitivites.

the villa has a large 10 feet deep swimming pool that is maintained daily for your swimming pleasure. If you are an animal or nature lover, the villa has a private three (3) stable horse corral.

With east access to a road, enjoy a country style horseback excursion through the beautiful El Choco National Park (Parque Nacional "El Choco" und "Las cuevas de Cabarete" - the caves of Cabarete). El Choco National Park is an incredible 77 square kilometers of jungle, lagoon, caves, forest, orchids and open backcountry to explore. Management can arrange horses and guides that can be available for your enjoyment during the duration of your stay. There is also a large garden on the property that is usually stocked with the latest in-season local Caribbean vegetables like beans and yuca.

Don't leave your pets behind. The villa is a pet friendly facility. The enclosed property is great for dogs and other pets that just love to get out and run. Your pet will spend endless hours exploring the property and relaxing in the Caribbean climate.

Both Sosua and Cabarete are known for their spectacular beaches, fine restaurants and wild nightlife. Cabarete is also a favorite of kiteboard and wind surfers from all over the world. It is a short thirty (30) minute drive from Lomas Mironas to the largest city on the North coast of the Dominican Republic, Puerto Plata. Puerto Plata is a historical Caribbean city and has several major tourist attraction like Ocean World, the Mount Isabel Cable Car Tours and the Fuerte San Felipe (San Felipe Fort).
